Greetings Pourers! Welcome to The Pour Life.
So, who are we? We are Lauren and Rebecca, from the Greater Washington DC Area. Like many sisters, we tend to disagree. But one thing that can always bring us together is our love for a good pour. Anything goes: beer, wine, liquor… we don’t discriminate. And we prefer to get it straight from the source. I think we can all agree that nothing’s worse than spending our hard earned cash on shitty wine and overpriced beer.
So this is where you come in. We could argue that we are doing you a favor by giving an honest review of all our intoxicating experiences so you can know what you are getting into. We are by no means taste experts (even though we practice, A LOT), but we like to think we have a pretty good sense of a quality beverage. And when we add in the price factor and venue vibe, I think it’s fair to say you will be able to judge if a place is worth your time.
You might disagree with some of our reviews, but if we made you go out and have your own experience, we consider that a success. With the abundance of local breweries, wineries, and distilleries out there, it’s time to expand beyond the same old bar every night for Bud Lite and vodka tonics.
